The contact form

When you use the contact form, the name, phone number, email address, town and message you enter are sent to me by email and stored so I can reply. They are not shared with anyone else and are not used for marketing lists.

Health information

Please don't put detailed medical information in the contact form. Save it for our conversation. Anything you share with me as a patient is handled as confidential medical information.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That data is anonymous and I don't use it to identify anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics, if enabled, uses its own standard cookies.
