Visit fees

Visit	Fee	What it is
New patient visit	$300	About 90 minutes, at home or by video. Required for every new patient.
Follow-up visit	$175	About 50 minutes, at home or by video.
Sick visit	$175	For established patients. A child I have not met starts with a new patient visit.
Lab review	$150	By video only. Going over results and what they mean for your child.
Weekend visit	+ $50	Added to any visit on a weekend and taken as a deposit when you book.
Travel charge	By distance	House calls outside Erie and Lafayette. Quoted before you book, never after.

Children from birth through 18. Lab work is billed separately by the lab. House calls in Erie and Lafayette carry no travel charge; for the other towns I drive to, a small charge based on distance may apply and is quoted before you book. Where I go.

Payment and insurance

I don't contract with insurance. Visits are paid directly, and I accept HSA and FSA cards. I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; whether they reimburse is up to your plan.

I'll tell you what a lab test is likely to cost before we order it, and I never order tests just because.
